"Starbucks, Westfield UTC. Date of service around 5:30 pm on 03/09/2024. Please train your employees on the drink recipes. I ordered chai tea latte but got coffee latte instead. Asked for the replacement and got coffee latte again. They tried to convince me that this is a chai latte but very strong. But it was a coffee, guys! I am sorry, it was a coffee! Then they figured out it shouldn’t be a tea drink and give me a fruit tea. Just wonderful! I had no problem ordering chai tea latte from this place a few months ago or from other Starbucks spots. Please educate your baristas!"

"I experienced the most obvious microaggression I've ever experienced from the barista behind the cash register yesterday. Before I even got my card out to buy my drink, the cashier said, "As soon as your card clears, I'll be happy to start your order over here." He did not say this to anyone else in line, and it was not lost on me that I was the only one in the shop that looked like me. I'm not sure if that was supposed to be classism or racism but I didn't order it, and it tasted very bad with my coffee."
