"I come here almost everyday because I live across the street. I never really interact with the baristas because I’m shy. I just wanted to leave this review for one of the partners there, her name is Alicia and she’s such a sweetheart, her warm presence always brightens my day! "I'd give this Starbucks a 0, but that is not possible so I give it a 1. I ordered from here on mobile and I asked for no meat on a breakfast sandwich because I can't eat meat. Instead, they took out the cheese, which I still wanted, and gave me a meat and egg sandwich, making it inedible due to the fact that the meat was heated with the egg. I also ordered a bagel with cream cheese and when I opened the cream cheese, I realized there was a hole in the side of it... I don't think my plastic knife did that and it's just unsanitary. Now I am left with no sandwich, which is $6 wasted, and no cream cheese, which is another $1 wasted."
