This is the worst Starbucks I have ever been to, they have the worst customer service and the manager is the start of all the problems, if you are trying to have a good day I suggest you don’t come here. They are very rude and I really hope this location gets closed down. Not to mention the store is very dirty just like the employees"

"Great Starbucks to stop by when you are on a road trip! They have all the usuals and they are located near LOTS of food. Of course they have all the Starbucks staples and a drive through. We'll lit when it's dark. Lots of seating inside."

"I put in a mobile order at 10:55 am. I didn’t get my order until 11:30am. The drive thru was busy so I went in to get my drinks and two sandwiches. A man came over and gave me the drinks and when I said that half my order was missing (my sandwiches) he said they’re coming. I waited half an hour for two sandwiches. The once busy drive thru had emptied.Filled.emptied. And filled!! by the time I got my order. All for two sandwiches that take 2 minutes to heat up. I had to go BACK up to the counter to ask about my sandwiches then the guy blamed ME for the fact that it was marked as a drive thru pick up and that that’s why I hadn’t gotten my sandwiches when 1. I had be HANDED my drinks inside and 2. Was told to my face inside the cafe that my sandwiches were coming. My cold drinks ice had melted by the time I got the rest of my order and my hot drink and gone cold. I am Incredibly frustrated that people who got in the drive through 20 minutes after I had been waiting had gotten their orders in a matter of 5 minutes. **EDIT** I’m home eating my sandwich and just pulled the longest blonde hair out of the sandwich."

"I would like to give ZERO stars. The “baristas” are mediocre at best. The customer service is POOR. They prioritize the drive thru over customers who walk in. They need to figure it out. This location is ALWAYS unclean. There is trash everywhere, most tables are regularly dirty, and the lobby floor is sticky. The store is a reflection of the staff. They seem unkempt and disheveled. Seems like they don't tidy up during the day. Will drive further to get a normal Starbucks experience. This place should be shut down."
