"Trip tip was cooked perfectly. But I purchased two pieces of corn pie and they were both burnt. The top and bottom were so hard could not even eat them. To spend 10 bucks and have to throw away is not cool. We usually eat at restaurant and would have noticed . But today we brought our food home"

"Great Tri-Tip sandwich found here. For my money, the best in SLO. Careful. Because they close down the Higuera street at 4:30 on Thursday for farmers market. Cowboy Cornbread is a scoop of greatness. NOTE: all business located on Higuera Street or vicinity have a MAJOR homeless problem that the city cannot handle. It really hurts the local businesses."

"We used Old SLO BBQ as our wedding caterer and it was an absolute highlight. Food was fitting for the venue ( a ranch in the area). Guests went back for seconds. Kevin was amazing to work with — friendly, accommodating and responsive. Options for vegans, vegetarians and pescatarians."
