"Best gun and ammo shop near me. Everyone is super helpful if you engage them first. They're not annoying car salesmen. Look and ask. As far as negative post... There is people that wake up miserable and want everyone else to be the same. If that's you bring or rent a gun and ammo and after 100 rds at the range you should feel better."

"Dennis is a piece of work they don’t care about customer retention. They care about one and done customers and don’t want return customers. When I went when Dennis wasn’t there they were great but when he is there he is cancer to the company and will run it into the ground as he has no customer service facing experience let alone care that a customer is there trying to buy things or work a deal. "First impressions mean a lot! I'm sure this is an okay place, but my first time in here was my last. Everyone was very stand-off-ish. This is alright, unless you're actually wanting to make a purchase. Once an associate was flagged down, I was quickly left talking to myself because someone (I'm guessing a "regular") walked in. The associate quickly looked up and said "hey -insert name here-" and started talking to that person. Another salesman came over to take the others place. He was not all that helpful either as he would also keep turning away to add something to the conversation the other people were having. I was basically ignored, then acknowledged, then ignored again. As a collector that purchases multiple "items" a month, I may have become a "regular" and possibly got the same treatment as the previously mentioned gentleman. In the end, I took my purchases elsewhere. I ended up in Clarksville."

"Based on the few "negative" feedbacks I've read from others (and I'm just stating my personal opinion based on my experiences with Greenbrier G&L-and every employee I've dealt with), most of them seemed VERY "far stretched " about what probably REALLY happened! I've purchased many items, and ammunition, from them over a several years period. They've ALWAYS had a great selection of guns, ammo, etc. and they've always been eager to help me with any of my questions I may have had. That also includes going out of their way to take time to look up anything, or told me "when" they'd have "whatever" back in stock (if they didn't at the time-which has been rare)! The pricing has always been very reasonable, too! I give Greenbrier G&L a "5⭐"! To everyone else that may be "shopping" around(?) Please, do NOT let those "negative ones" deter you! Give 'Greenbrier Guns...' a visit!!"
