"This location needs a new manager! 5 staff were present and no one bothered to take orders at the counter. Ordered one drink and it was prepared wrong. Trash can overflowing, trash on the floor and either mud or other matter on floor."
"This place was horrible. The food was ok but the service, a different story. We waited almost 3 hours for a couple drinks and about 2 food items. Originally the wait was 20 minutes, but we waiter 3 HOURS. The service was horrible, the lady was just on her iPad telling people that It will be another 30 minutes instead of making the drinks. Also, a girl came in went to the cash register and waited about 3 minutes and she got more things then we did. NEVER GO HERE."

"Ordered a venti for a reason. Came back with this. A quarter of the drink is missing this is pretty much a grande. For $6 this is completely unacceptable and if it didn't already close I'd take this back and have them refill at least or full refund."
