"We went to the Jack in the box on lake shore and we ordered the chicken wraps the sauce was all over the out side of the of the wrap and the chicken was cut up pieces not a strap and the girl that helped me was not very professional at all the food was not good at all and I go to that place all the time but I will be going over to McDonald's from now on where they treat you like family and not trash unlike Jack in the box over there some of the workers are very friendly but the one girl ONOLINDA is not very friendly at all needs to go get trained how to be friendly and not so nasty"

"I don't how you can mess up taco orders, we were shorted 4 tacos. Don't bother with the loaded saucy wedges, the picture will tell you about that, they aren't even the correct ones, they are supposed to be spicy with jalapeños. Epic fail."

"Came through the drive-thru Hold on Sat in the drive-thru for 30 minutes before they asked me to pull around front and continue to wait 40 minutes for 2 combos and they got the order wrong. Food was pretty good. But the service wasn’t. Hopefully they can fix that in the future. #Wish this was still wild weenie."
