"Great staff that take care of customers with really good products. I recently had a blowout on my outside dually tire. (Sidewalls don't like hitting concrete objects, I suppose). I came in to get a new tire with my warranty. All was done efficiently. However, there was a mistake made on the part of the installer. It happens. But what separates the bad, good, and great is how mistakes are handled. It took a week to discover the problem. So, I returned to the store. I explained my issue to the staff. Immediately, the problem was corrected, and every reasonable attempt was made to make sure I was satisfied. No one can prevent wvery mistake. However, only the great go the extra mile to make corrections the right way. Thank you!"

"People are really friendly and quick to help you even when they're busy, but that doesn't make up for installing a valve stem extension that was left loose enough to let all the air out of my new tire on the way back. Luckily it was a dually and I wasn't stranded on a busy interstate, but a longer drive would have destroyed the tire and this could have caused a roll or been a huge safety issue on a different vehicle. If you choose to use this place, *carefully* double check their work before leaving. The chain eventually looked back over their work to double check that it wasn't a different issue."
