"A 36 minute wait in the drive-thru, with no option to exit from the line. This has to be the most degenerate crew in all Starbucks, globally. When Baristas fail Barista School, they’re sent to this location. My first time catching COVID was more of a pleasurable experience than what I just went through. Starbucks, please don’t reply with a generic apology. Send in a crew to fire, hire and revitalize this location."

"First time visiting. I went around 955am on a Tuesday morning and it was packed. The drive thru was ridiculously long. I had to walk in to order my white feta wrap & hot coffee. Customer service was good. My wrap was not fully cooked through. I can tell it was rushed. I will return but next time I will definitely order via the app."

"I go to this Starbucks every morning and have never had a bad experience. I seldom if ever order anything to eat so I have no comment regarding the food here. However, I’m always greeted with a friendly smile and a friendly “good morning, welcome to Starbucks.” Provided I don’t go during AM rush hour or at lunch my coffee is always given to me in a timely manner. I have never had any issues with my coffee being made incorrectly. In conclusion, I recommend if you have any issues whatsoever talk to JM the manager. He will go above and beyond to make sure everyone of his customers is satisfied with their service."

"For the drink I ordered all I asked was to switch out the milk for cream, and for some reason they gave me foam the drink alone does not come with foam… on top of that. I waited Almost an extra 10 minutes after the estimated pick up time and again for my drink to be wrong… I looked at my order on the app, and nothing in there says foam. after I got my drink, the lady just walked away I didn’t even get a chance to say anything and I was already late so I just left."
