"Everyone that works here is amazing! Dulce Lucia and the other workers are amazing friendly and always have a smile. There breakfast bagels, donuts and coffee are always fresh a delicious."

"Stopped by. Great location. Downtown. Strange signs outside for tortas. Threw me off. Went inside. Cashier barely spoke English and didn’t understand much Spanish either. I asked for a bear claw and he had no idea. I had to go point to one to show him. Then I looked on menu and they make bagels. Croissants. And Mexican tortas. Well I left with my bear claw. Disappointing. The first finger has no filling the second finger has a glimpse of filling. Finally stopped and opened the bear claw, barely any filling in it. Not impressed."

"In my opinion this winchell’s its the worst donut shop. These cream cheese croissant that i just got from this location seems to ne NOT fresh bake at all. Taste like rubber and the feeling has an aftertaste. Worst cream cheese croissant that i ever try. I bought 3 cream cheese croissant and 3 pineapple and cream cheese croissant and both items taste the same NOT fresh at all."

"The donuts here are really good, so good that you’re favorites are probably gone. That was the case for me, but I still enjoyed my donuts. This little shop was full when I arrived and the people just kept coming. The donuts also kept coming so I’m sure I could’ve gotten what I was looking for if just waited a little bit. The best to me was the cinnamon crumb donut and the glazed twists were also really good. They also gave me 13 donuts instead of the 14, but it’s ok, they were really busy."
