Reviews
"I’m not one to write reviews especially because of an employee… But today after checking out, I went to customer service area to pick up an order. I believe her name was Rebecca,( I’m not 100% certain), but she was incredibly rude. Every other person I encountered there was nice and friendly as usual. She pulled up my order and asked me for my email. Words were “what’s the email?” And I provided her my emails dress thinking she needed to confirm it on the order slip she had- but answered rudely I’m not asking you for your email address I need your confirmation email…. Then when I pulled up my email I thought had the confirmation order visible for her but again she answered me very rudely instead of an easy way to direct me to what she needed. I’ve never had a bad experience here- this is my favorite location- but even someone commented that was rude of her."
"They keep their magazines in boxes forever and don't put them out so they can be purchased until they are way out of date"
"I'm glad they're still around. I can find almost any book on Kindle and Audible these days, yet there's something nostalgic yet refreshing of wandering into their bookstore and finding my next adventure in the actual pages of a book."
"I stopped after work just to browse. I often visit Barnes and Nobles in Corona, Temecula and Riverside. I bought myself a 3pk small notebooks since I been needing one to carry with me as one of my every day essentials. Then I came across the Spirituality Magazine by the registers so I figured to buy it as well. I went to the Starbucks Café to use my 3 dollars gift card I had and ordered a Iced Machiatto. The drink didn't turn out how I like it, but I just didn't end up letting the Barista know. I read about 8 pages while in the Café. I will always like shopping for books at Barnes and Nobles. In addition, the cashier enrolled me to the new rewards program to link with my membership which was easy and something new to take advantage of."
"the parking lot is huge since it shares with the nearby stores. we came here and had a few questions where a few different genres of books were at this location and some other items were located. they told us exactly where everything was. the store was pretty clean and the books weren't messy or thrown around. i hope to return and make another purchase soon."
