McDonald's

"Just ordered. I originally ordered a caramel frappe but they were out of carmel base so I ended up getting a hi c. The hi c and soda I got my mom was watered down and I had to ask for another one. Got a mccrispy and the chicken was completely burnt. I also asked for extra mayonnaise and ended up getting none at all. The pickles tasted weird so either they microwaved my sandwich or the pickles were left out in bad condition. Asked for bbq and was given tangy bbq instead. Terrible way to start my work day"

"Fries were cold n seemed liked they were reheated... Disgusting, dry ,no flavor... All that money they charge ,the food should be cooked right."

"i ask for no salt on fry's all frys had salt very un professional we have health issues and had to trash them because couldn't eat them. tried calling non answer phone was like off. thanks for ruining our thanksgiving day lunch. hope to hear from someone. and get my money back for those fry's I can't go back because i'm on way out town l. make sure u check orders people before driving off. i was a very unsatisfied customer today."

"Visited the drive thru to get a large lemonade and a cup of water. The order taker did repeat the order but did not give me to total. When I arrived at the first window she was talking an order over the headset but signaled for me to hand her my card. I mistakenly did without getting the total or receipt. Drove up to the next window and was told “you had the two ice creams”. I said no I had the drinks and asked her for the receipt. Looks like I was charged for two ice creams. I asked cause we do a refund and charge me for my order. The manager came over and said “it’s the same price”. I asked how much the water cup was and she said $2.17. Not sure if it’s a new thing to charge for water but whatever. Still $2.17x 2 is still less than the two ice cream. They still refused to acknowledge it."

"Staff was friendly, pretty clean lobby, there did seem to be several homeless hanging inside and outside. Additionally I ordered 2 large combos, you would expect fries to be full not just get a large box, they were also old, cheeseburgers and fish sandwich were decent."
