"Unacceptable and rude employees, I placed an order ahead of time by 30 mins and when I get to pick up my order employees ignored myself and other guests trying to pick up just to then state "we don't have your order ready. It will take 20 mins"!?!? That Is why I placed an order ahead of time. I will no longer be attending your establishment. If you want rude employees and for your food to be ready in 20+ mins then feel free to visit otherwise take your money elsewhere."

"The drive-through is quick. Their APP is also easy and efficient. I always use a coupon in their APP, or the coupons in their inserts are good as well, and it definitely saves$. Out of the many years going there, I have only had 1 poor service experience when their drive-thru shut down and I had to go in(staff wasnt as nice as they could have been 3months ago)."

"Food tasted freshly made and hot. We dined in and had to get up 3 times because of all the items that they forgot to put on our tray. They also forgot the kids toys in the kids meals. That didn’t go over well."

"The staff is nice. The portions are awful. $8 for a tiny burger with bacon and $0.75 for subing cheese that your allergic to. Never use the app though. They only allow you to add funds in $20 increments, and only if you register a credit card. If you add a gift card it removes the balance from the actuall card and you then cannot pay in the store with the card or the app. Their ordering program is so slow that it took me 1hr between when I started the mobile, before I got to the store, order and when I final got close to the balance on the app, and I still lost money in the end. Really don't go to Wendy's would be the best advice. And their fries taste like a salt lick."
