Starbucks

"This starbucks is one of my favorites because of the barista, Josh. He is so hospitable and friendly, great customer service. Edited to add, this restaurant seems to be short staffed, however I always see all of the employees working very hard and are still trying their best to provide good service!"

"Used to be my favorite Starbucks. The staff has changed so much and even with a full staff everybody seems to be lost and just in general not attentive to their customers. You can stand there 10 minutes waiting on someone to acknowledge you're there to grab a mobile order. Orders are wrong, or they try to give you someone else's order. Not sure what changed."

"The drinks here are always disappointing. Have tried plenty enough times and it is always a miss in store and through delivery. Order black iced espresso, shots are bitter and awful. Order a sweetened coffee with cream and it is completely bland. Idk why I always have bad luck here but I never have this problem with California and Barton and they are much busier. The staff here is nice. It is just the quality of drinks that is lacking and inconsistent."

"Josh placed my order and he was the KINDEST person who has interacted w me at this Starbucks! He had a great sense of humor and I appreciated his professionalism and how he told me about the specials for the day! He's great! Give this man a raise ! I ordered a pumpkin spice latte!"

"Hello mr. Zombie here with another quick review. I had things to this Starbucks before and the first time this place was crazy busy. This morning it was not okay. But it's a great looking Starbucks. As you can tell by the pictures that I posted call Ma hey Art josin to create the atmosphere at this particular location is really really great. It does create a very warm environment. I like it a lot. However, I do have to bring the butt. And the butt is that as you know, Mister Sunday, is a gig worker my livelihood, like that of so many owners that do get work for ubereats, instacart, doordash, GrubHub, and others, depends on our ability to be able to do a quick pick up get on the road and do quick deliveries. The package that was handed to me was fully package poorly sealed and that creates a negative image in the customer's mind which affect everybody"
