"I ordered a venti drink and more than half was filled with ice. The guy who took my order saw me struggling with my phone to pay and did not even greet me, all he said was “oh okay” when he saw me look up. Whoever was working the window around 4pm on 2/15/24 did look look happy to be working at all. I understand it’s a busy job but regardless you shouldn’t be giving attitude to others despite however your day is going."

"Okay so I usually don’t write reviews but I had to today. I usually order an ice coffee at this location because usually when I order anything else they miss something. Today they didn’t even make my drink right at all. They put a bunch of ice when I asked for light ice and they forgot the shots of expresso I asked for. They didn’t even put extra caramel. So basically they didn’t put all the extra stuff they charge for."
