"The coffee here is good I enjoy the cold brews always have so many different options. The thing I don’t care for is how there short staffed and the lines get really long and sometimes it’s only 2 people working the whole place which creates long wait times and higher chances Of them getting your order wrong or the drinks not Made well which happens a lot. It’s hard to be mad at the staff when the company is the one not putting enough people to work the place to have it run properly. But when there fully staffed it’s a great time. Other than that no complaints"

"Not often does a business receive a full 5 star review across the board, but Dutch Bros definitely does things right. between the ease of ordering, genuine friendliness of the staff, and pleasant atmosphere whether in the store or in the drive-thru lanes I cannot think of anything that could make the experience better. When your focus is on drinks it speeds operations up when compared to competitors that offer more. Keep doing your thing Dutch Bros, you've earned the top spot in my "treat coffee" interests and will always look to head to you first."

"**UPDATE** The walk up window is now open for business. It's not fully repaired, but it is functional. Save some time and order from the window. **ORIGINAL** Just a quick FYI about the location at Valley and Riverside Ave. in Fontana. The walk-up window is currently closed. It looks like the window was broken, and they're working on repairing it. I've posted many times about using the walk-up window at other locations. Here, the only option you have is drive thru. Dutch Bros does not have a Cafe that you can enter. These locations have longer than average drive thru queues. The drive thru queue has 2 lines (just like some McDonald's). Make sure you leave plenty of time, but I'm hooked. It's worth it."
