"I’ve never been to a Dunkin and had a pleasant experience. I walk in and no greeting, no acknowledgment. Idk what it is but Dunkin employees seem to be the most unenthusiastic, dead behind the eyes people I’ve ever seen working behind any counter. Hot coffee is always good but it seems like it’s impossible for employees to get an order out. I’m always waiting like a dummy trying to be patient and understanding as I too work in customer service, and every time I have to interrupt their personal conversation to make sure I get everything I paid for. This location has so much potential to be a good. Food is always consistently good but management needs to be more involved in customer service training their employees."

"I like Dunkin, even though their main product is donuts, I kinda go there most of the time not getting a donut, I like there because of their avocado toast and mango pineapple green tea refresher, Oh yeah in my recommended items I put coffee roll, I don't really recommend it as someone who doesn't like coffee myself (at least yet) Only if you like coffee get it, It's a coffee favored cinnamon roll, Over all Dunkin is a great place, But they still have really good donuts I just don't really get them"

"I come to this location almost every day, sometimes twice a day. Everyone is always so friendly, especially Yessica. She always has a big smile and she's so nice! They always get my orders right and the coffee is always on point. They can get pretty busy being by 2 schools but they always handle the rushes well."
