"My son recently started liking boba and I’m so glad we found a good place that’s close to home. Went here this weekend and he got a passion fruit drink and I got the house coffee. Both were SO GOOD. They have board games so we even got to play a game while we waited for our drinks."

"Pengo's one of my new favorite go-to spots for teas & smoothies in Lake Forest. Their drinks are very refreshing, and it does not taste too sweet or artificial. They have many options from teas, sparkling drinks, juices and smoothies. Some of my favorites are the Thai Milk Tea, Black Sesame Milk Tea, Mango Oolong Fruit Tea, and Mango Tango! Also a shout-out to the ladies there. They were very helpful in answering my questions and providing recommendations!"

"I came here for some drinks, I didn’t know it came with the ultimate vibe.They have free Wi-Fi, printing capabilities, and an “order here” kiosk (for no contact ordering). Plus there is a shelf of board games and some nice, chill music to listen to while you’re there. If I lived in the area this would my hang out spot."

"What an interesting find in the middle of a totally unexpected place. Drinks are good. I do liked the smoothies, mango tango and mangonado. Kiss of Dragon was interesting. Most of the servers were pleasant. Boba was fresh. The only issue was that the cups were unstable due to small round bottoms."

"Honestly I can’t keep track how many times I’ve been here. Became an all time regular since Jan 2019. Hands down my favorite!!! The honey boba here is phenomenal. Sweetness is just right in every drink. Sooo much variety to choose from. Not going to lie, I live 2 hours away now but I always make the commute to come straight to Pengo. Absolutely delicious drinks and I will support them in every way I can. This goes for this location and the Laguna Hills. You are amazing and my all time favorite. Staff no matter what has been wonderful! Fast and efficient service every time. Wish I reviewed sooner."
