"Sorry but the service can be very slow yeah there nice but slow I also do not like that the try to give great customer service to some but not all like when I place a order for a drink and I'm waiting for it and mines just sitting there why the barista decided she's gonna make her friend's that's in line that hasn't even place a order her frappaacino sorry you guys but that's a no no and very unprofessional.
