"Ordered half of dozen donuts through their app to Find out when I arrived that they only had 2 of the kinds I ordered only. Very disappointed! Requested a full refund waiting for a response through the app. Need some adjustments to the app to allow the correct inventory to be displayed. Wasted time."

"The dude at the front counter just stared at us for a good minute then walked away when I was about to order. No greeting and was totally rude. The selection was terrible too. Do not recommend this Dunkin and hope the manager talks to that employee."

"Drive-thru was SLOW. We went inside instead and that was Not better. Just as SLOW. I person was working in the front counter and he was Slow. There is No incentive to earn the new $20 hourly rate and these companies have to cut back on staffing to help maintain labor costs. Both impact customer costs and customer satisfaction. Btw we ended up leaving without getting and food."

"Hung out with the family here yesterday. I’ve been wanting to try the Fall drinks and surprisingly did so! The iced pumpkin spice latte! Overall not as good as Starbucks, or even the coffee bean tea leaf, but very sugary. :/ No different than a milkshake. I got the blueberry donut and it was okay, super sugary, but you’re better off getting mochi donuts same flavor for a smooth taste elsewhere! I recommend they shout the names of the orders when the coffee is done because they just put them there for the customers to pickup. We waited at the table. Nice workers there though! Glad I had it after months wanting to do so."

"Not a big fan of DD but was passing by and we stopped to get a dozen. Obviously not fresh because it was at night when we started ordering I realized why I'm not a fan. They don't really have a variety to choose from to start with and everything was out of stock so i got the basics. Ordered a latte and that was pretty good, customer service was great but definitely not my first or second choice for donuts."
