"Not accommodating at all. Asked for a venti Caramel Crunch Frapuchino split into two cups. They refused where at the same time other franchises don't have a problem accommodating their customers. Instead I was offered two empty cups with no lids, no straws. Pouring layered drink into another cup turns it into a mush. In addition refused to provide franchisee's contact information which is against Starbucks' corporate policy. Will avoid this location for sure."
"Located on Van Buren Blvd & King Ave next to the Chevron Gas station with plenty of parking and drive-thru. Today, I had an Iced White Chocolate Mocha and it tasted soooo good! I've had so many White Mochas from other locations but today's tasted by far the best. Drive-thru service was friendly and efficient. Overall, I had a great experience at this location."
