"The manager here the girl with glasses is really no polite person she's aggressive with customers she go against my 13 years old daughter just because she have an auto reload card she treated her really bad I don't know how she's the manager"

"Go to the Starbucks outside of mall! Everytime I go here the staff are rude and unhelpful and they never have vanilla or Carmel drizzle! I ordered a hot chocolate with vanilla on the mobile app get there and no vanilla this happened twice now Then again with Carmel drizzle I really don’t like this Starbucks"

"I was over charged for a drink (mind you it was a grande) that normally only cost me around 5$, the person taking my order was really unprofessional, she even answered her phone as I was giving my order! no one has ever had a problem with the way I order my drink or the inclusions (it's only 2 things), but she did? sure the drink ended up good but she knew what I was going for, yet still placed it in differently, I think that's why my price was so different. To top it off as she turned away from me she talked about my drink pretty loudly, saying "ugh, why do so many people want this? it's gross" this one of the closer starbucks to me, and it's in the mall, that's just a bonus. but this one incident is making me never want to go back to that location."

"The manager of this small Starbucks is such an amazing person. She takes her time to acknowledge every customer she has. Over the past few years I have enjoyed coming to this Starbucks, even on their busiest days they provide great service."
