"12/10/23 overheard someone mention burgers and Flavor Factory. So we pulled up and we weren't disappointed. The menu is simple and good. The Inferno burger was very tasty. A large handmade patty, cheese, thiccck cut bacon, jalapeños, lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles. The bun was toasted. Fries are season steak fries. Onion rings are good as well."

"Delicious food and great service. Visiting family from out of town, we decided to give the Flavor Factory a try. So happy we did! I enjoyed every bite of the Dirty Ernie sandwich, while the fam devoured their burgers. The fries were thick and lightly seasoned."

"Pleasantly surprised. Looking for a place to eat a good burger (and some healthier items for my wife) we tried it here. The burger was almost as big as my head and was super fresh and delicious! The meat flavor was on point. My wife had the turkey sandwich, which was FULL of turkey meat, broccoli salad, and a side salad. Everything was super fresh and honestly, the fries are the best around."

"11/7/22 decided on lunch on a rainy day. My husband got his usual dirty Ernie and I got sliders, 3 lovely small burgers with different toppings. And a cup of potato green chili soup. The soup was very good, creamy and with just the right amount of heat! And they have the best fries! Everything was very good and was glad to have stopped at this hidden gem. Went in not knowing what to expect. My husband ordered Dirty Ernie and I got a Reuben. We also ordered a carrot cake for dessert. His sandwich though definitely a heartache with bacon, roast beef, onion rings, big sauce, etc., was sooo good. My Reuben was one of the best that I've had. The french fries were very good. We took the carrot cake to go. It was a little denser than I am used to but had a good flavor and the icing was good. This place is a hidden delight in Morro Bay."
