"The issue in brief: Every time I come to this store, my coffee is cold and I order it hot. Unkind employees. Every time I throw the coffee in the trash in front of the employees so that they learn from their mistake, I think you should study the problem."

"First, I have to say, the girl at the drive-through has the worst customer service skills I’ve ever encountered! Second, I got two drinks my morning and my afternoon drink! I did not sample my drinks right away, and when I finally taste of my Matcha latte, it was the worst drink I’ve ever tasted, so I went with my second drink, and was very disappointing to know that it was sweet and when I asked for unsweetened and and I wasn’t even asked if I wanted lemonade I was just immediately said no lemonade, which was very upsetting at the time!"

"I added this store to Google Maps when it opened. They are still clean and serving me with a smile. Not to mention patience cause I always want to try something new. Walking inside is the best. Plenty of room! This Starbucks has a lot of room inside, it's pretty large for a Starbucks. They do have a drive-thru as well of course. This location just opened and they only had about three staff members working right now. So some of the tables did need cleaning, and there was a line inside, as well as in the Drive-Thru. Then again Starbucks seems to always have a line, especially at any of their drive-thrus."
