"Called to order and the woman on the other end put the phone on the counter and didn't come back. This has happened before and I listened to her on the phone with her bank. Nothing but irritating interactions with the employees and the online ordering is disabled. Them having a high rating is baffling and I can only attribute it to the fact that they have almost no competition and they allow people to use their parking lot for things."
