"Very sad store. No one greeted me or any of the others who walked in behind me. Everyone looked as tho they had eaten sour lemons for breakfast. The girl who took my order was ok, but nothing close to what the norm is at any of the other locations. As I went to pay, I realized there was water on the counter and mentioned it to the girl with a star on her chin, and she mumbled something....then a guy came with a rag and just trying to make conversation I said, I almost didn't see it ha ha it blended in with the counter. He said nothing. Other workers were coming and going from the back room, all with frowns on their face as tho they were being forced to work today. The girl with the star calls out my name (altho I'm standing right next to her) without looking up, and slides it across the counter. Wow. Hope management sees this because it is NOT doing anything positive for your store."

"They do not greet people when anyone comes in. Work environment seems very blah. The workers look miserable and they messed up a simple order of a bagel with coffee.tbh when it was not that busy.this Starbucks doesn’t have a drive thru for goodness sake. Yasmin on the counter horrible customer service. When I told her about the bagel the first Time she didn’t even say anything just grabbed the bag and went to get me the other bagel. With attitude. Then when my bagel was ready she didn’t even call my name.The overseeing supervisor handled the situation but honestly horrible service by Yasmin with the glasses."

"They were extremely busy when I showed up to buy a drink. They did let everyone know every order would take about 15 minutes to make. Appreciated they let us know. I was there on a weekend during the day, lots of families making large orders. I was able to get my drink way faster than the 15 minutes they projected it would take, my order was a simple green tea lemonade."
