"Terrible service, they get sensitive and rude. You can’t ask to see the menu on the board because it’s too much for the kids working. I’m trying to understand how these jobs are paying 20 dollars an hour and you can’t get good customer service. Go to Sonic it’s right across the street, those guys are always on point, friendly and if they mess up they take ownership. This McDonalds definitely sucks"

"I do not like how they have everyone. Pull over to the side to wait for your food that has to stop. It's too consistent. Are you telling me the food? Is that fresh OK? Then I will pull over. But they do get the food to you really quick I have to say Stars are low because I have to wait for my Food The last time I went there. I asked for ketchup. They did not give it to me luckily I had it in my glove compartment"

"This is the worst McDonald's I think I've ever been. The wait is incredibly long even when I order through the app. The staff is unorganized and seems there is no leadership or direction at all. If I could put negative stars, I would. There are plenty of other, better, locations"

"Just ordered a big Mac meal. All was good except the meats on the burger was cold. The cheese was not melted... still cold I was even able to pick up the entire piece of cheese off the patty...... again in a complete piece.... I have been getting that meal for last three years on Saturday only, because it was made perfect. From this point on I will check the burger before I leave the drive-thru. Please correct this issue. I was not finish my meal.... so sad"
