"Nothing have rain outside also when ever anyone comes inside employee talking each other laughing at how ever come homeless or people judge by book cover just only 2 girls good at all. The time but other one stupid u have fired them or I’m coming everyday next time to I’m not coming they don’t know how to respect so I’m good for those kind person how ever don’t know anything"

"Customer service was consistently pretty poor. Worst I’ve seen at any Starbucks. You can definitely tell they don’t want customers there. Bathrooms were very filthy, came in one day and a male barista was wearing a belly shirt. Belly hair galore"

"Went to Starbucks before work ordered a grande hot coffee, there was no one else in the drive through or the store. I get my drink and I get to work and the cup feels light so I check and as the picture shows there’s a good two inches of empty space. I was in a rush so I didn't feel the lightness of the cup in the drive through but I believe I shouldn’t have to be checking to make sure I got what I paid for especially when the place was empty. I don’t believe it’s a hard task to do things right the first time. I’ve worked as a barista before and I never did things half way like this."
