"1 star because I am disappointed with how the female barista made a full cup of ice for a ‘light ice’ drink. attached is a comparison of 2 exactly same light ice drinks and the right one is also ‘light ice’. It’s hard to believe that she replied ‘oh this is how light ice look like’. Wonder if I will get light ice if I order no ice instead :)"

"My coffee was watered down. My daughter’s drink had syrup in it when she specified no syrup. And the store says that they had food in the app when they don’t. When I showed up to pick up my breakfast, a female employee handed me an empty bag. An empty bag! No explanation, no apology, and no guidance on what to do. Her attitude was pretty much like, go figure it out on your own."

"Rude cashier took my order and kept saying they were out of everything. So, I ordered some egg bites, which took way too long to prepare. They basically forgot about my order! When I came to pick them up I learned that she had delivered the last egg bites (my egg bites) to another customer who had just walked in. Not even an apology was offered, I had to request a refund. I don't understand why today's morning crew was so rude but this Starbucks needs a staff performance evaluation and better inventory management."

"The servers in this location are really nice and not like some other locations. There are some locations I hate to visit. The servers are so rude specially those young girls who think they’re the owner of Starbucks or top celebrities. Thank you guys for your kind and smiley services."

"During this holiday season it’s been difficult for a lot of people. Especially during the recession and high gas prices and covid and more… circumstances of life has found us all in different hard positions in daily life. Mine especially has been very challenging. But I have endured a lot and jobs and pursuing my career. I have fell homeless many times throughout my life. I was a Uber driver earlier this year 2022 but lost it because I was almost human trafficking in my own job as a driver. This was reported. With all that said I have gone through a lot. With all that said I’m homeless and it’s hard around the holidays. The staff at this Starbucks has been so Amazing! I want to say “Elsie” and “Allie” and “Sage” and all has been so kind to me. It’s cold outside and not easy for a female on the streets. And I appreciate the kindness of everyone to me. Job hunting at Starbucks makes it nice. They give me my hot chocolate with espresso shots helps so much. Elsie was so kind to give me a sandwich and hot chocolate on her own number. This is Amazing. Also Allie hooked me up with a sandwich as well the next day. Safe was so sweet and kind to give me a hot chocolate. Starbucks, if only you can understand the magnitude of kindness of your employees and there dedication to caring about people goes beyond your business. Thank you and thank you to the staff of Starbucks by MacArthur you made my morning & days smile during this difficult holiday season even when I feel sad. Thank you again!! God bless you All!! PS: Elisa is the early morning shift manager she is Amazing and has Amazing potential to be more for Starbucks! Please give her some love!!"
