"Woman was extremely rude. I will never buy from this Starbucks again. I spent over $40 here today and she refused to give me a cup sleeve. She seemed to enjoy saying no. I should have returned the order but aft waiting here 5 hours, I was just too tired to deal with her."

"It's inside of a dealership so expect some crowd there was a long line this day. As you wait for your vehicle while being serviced. But if you go earlier before 10 u will be okay. My second visit here but the 1st time I had a 9am appt offer free complimentary coffee or tea it's just the basic so if you want a better drink expect to pay. Also, don't expect water the machine was broken @ least that is what I was told."

I place a mobile order, and they never called my name till I wait 20 mins then went up to front and ask, she passed me $7 bucks order from the back? Left comments “mobile order!” Without apologize. Reason to avoid : 1) they serve priority for Toyota employee first and say “Thank you” to those with suit and uniform! I doubt those high working class paid lot of routine tips to them or either fix their Toyota vehicle for free…. 2) I try to look for my other on the pick up corner, by careful turning the cup see if my name on the one of coffee cup sticker, inside barista lady raise her voice “not yours”! Then she turn her back without ask my name, later a mechanic guy maybe her boyfriend came pick up and she flirt with him! 3) most of customer pick up order work unhappy faces. And no “thank you” words! But “thank you have a good day” to every longo employee! I prefer AI or robotic coffee in the future! Thank you! SB"

"The female there was very rude, I simply asked for a hot drink and instead she had made an iced coffee. After I addressed that I ordered a hot drink she gave me attitude and shouted “you wanted hot?” I was not being difficult what so ever just wanted a hot coffee without a problem. Also I think she skipped the extra added shot I asked for but I was already fed up with the situation. Very disappointed with that specific individual."
