"I have gone to this Starbucks location for years. I will go out of my way just to get my café mocha because they go above and beyond to get it right."

"I understand every barista makes the drinks different. On that, I asked if there was any caramel or coffee in my drink because it tasted like pure milk. I asked if it was possible she could add more coffee, and she gave me attitude. She did, however, remake it, but it wasn't any better!"

"I can't begin to count the number of times I have visited starbucks. Nor can I add up the insane amount of money i have dropped here. I would visit multiple times a day, as did my family members. As time went on, service and quality of product declined. Yet I stayed. I finally had enough when a manager, who I took care of very handsomely with gratuities and kindness, treated me so wrongly. I'm by no means a martyr or difficult patron. I was shocked, and at this point, it just became no longer worth it for their overpriced long wait coffee. I purchased my on latte machine and made my own coffee. I have never been happier with my coffee. It's SO much better than starbucks. Also, I get it made correctly. It's on time, it's hot like I like, and the flavor is so much better than S.B could ever dream."

Very courteous and professional, totally aware of her surroundings. She offered me a bag for my belongings and has been taking care of this line of customers like a boss. Barista Anthony is handling business back here as well. Very prompt and precise, I see that he is very accurate with his work. Thank you Alyssa and Anthony!"
