"I ordered the jasmine milk tea with boba less sweet. The tea had a great flavor with the perfect amount of creaminess. It was kind of a bummer though that their steamer for milk wasn't working so they don't have any hot drinks right now."

"Drinks are good however, horrible customer service. The manager of the store is rude when taking orders. I had to repeat myself 3 times until she finally answered saying, “I heard you!”. I dont know if she was annoyed because of my repeated orders or not but she did not call out my order number either. My drinks looked like they had been out for at least 5-10 minutes. When confronted, she claims she called out my number but I was the one who didnt hear it. Only one other customer was inside the store and it was the poke side’s customer. Manager needs to be retrained in customer service or replaced."
