"Went to Starbucks this morning and placed an order through the app. For a grande hot chocolate and banana bread since my juice place wasn't open yet. I don't even know why I decided to try Starbucks. A grande hot chocolate and you only filled it half way up? Is this a joke? Pretty sad that you charge over $4 for a basic hot chocolate with nothing special added to it and only filled the cup half way. I rather have more of it than the amount of whipped cream you decided to put on it. Then the barista decided to try and scold/lecture me because my order didn't come through at a specific time and I was already in line for it. Dude, I live a minute away, it's not my fault your system is slow. Probably should retrain the staff to not lecture other adults because their drink order wasn't in the system by the time they pulled in."

"Always friendly service. Almost always get the ratio of coffee/cream correct, especially considering “light cream” is subjective. But let’s change that everybody! What if they had an exact measurement system? We all know the little restaurant single size creamers, right? I’d like to be able to tell Starbucks “2 creams please” and that always means “the amount of cream exactly equivalent to 2 little individual restaurant creamers”. That way I’d know for sure exactly how much creamer I’d be getting based on my experience with restaurant creamers. Small tangent? Oh yeah."

"Updated review: September 26. 2022 Today I tried opening their front doors at 7:05 pm. Doors were already locked and people inside were already mopping and cleaning up. Store hours clearly say that they are open until 7:30 pm. Drive-thru was still open, but I walked to the Starbucks, didn’t drive. Very disappointed! Honor your working hours!! ———————————————————————— Just another Starbucks!! Nothing really special or above and beyond. Service is good. In this location currently they have the inside seating closed, you can’t even get into the lobby. Just drive-through. Drive-through was quick. They speaker box very legible and not annoying. We tried getting a decaf coffee but it seems like a lot of Starbucks don’t have that readily available. I am assuming not many people ask for it. But they do offer something called Americano Decaf… I am not sure what the difference is better regular decaf and Americano Decaf. But it is what it is. It is still a good coffee though!!"

"I love this Starbucks location. The staff are always friendly and professional. Today the drive-thru line wound all the way out into the street. But, they still got every order processed and all of the customers through the line and out quickly. Next time your at a Starbucks definitely try the Irish Cream Cold Brew. I get mine upside-down (shaken). It's delicious!"
