"Their stupid app canceled my transaction literally the second I hit the arrival button, 30 minutes after I had already placed the order. Then to top it off, I go inside to order and instead have 5 people who came in after me get their order before me. What a joke of fast food Edit: back here today for another pickup and their dine-in part is closed 3 hours early. No notification to know prior to placing order for counter pickup. This location is run like garbage, and whoever is in charge should get fired. If you want food, go literally anywhere else. Last visit for me"

"The staff does not care about dine in customer service. They all know a customer is waiting to take an order and they just bypass you. Sometimes I think they are trained that way so people go to self check out. ."

"I brought my 1 year old daughter in so I could get myself a meal. Before I ordered, I went in the men’s restroom looking for a changing table to change my daughters dirty diaper. No table. I think whatever that’s typical, a lot of places only have it in the women’s restroom. I ask an employee if he can ask a female employee to check and make sure the restroom is empty, so I can go in there and change my kids diaper. He goes and talks to a female employee, who then comes over and tells me they don’t have a changing table in either restroom. This is illegal under California State Law AB-1127, passed in 2017. I hope this Mcdonald’s gets in code, because this was a huge inconvenience."

"I'd like to start by saying, I know I know... It's McDonald's, what did you expect? But seriously... Onions are not the same as lettuce lol. I asked for lettuce wrapped burgers, gal said we don't do that. I asked since when (genuinely just curious, as we have definitely ordered them here before) she said always. "Hm okay. Well can you just add extra lettuce?" "Sure," she said. Get home... That is definitely not lettuce. So many onions it burned haha. Oh well. Lesson learned. Order as is or go to In n Out."
