"This starbucks was the absolute RUDEST starbucks my fiance and I have EVER been to. I seriously cannot believe it. We were joking with the batista (well trying to) saying can you write love on the cup, she said NO and rolled her eyes then didn't even ask for a name then said thanks bye. We waited for our drink and while waiting the other batista was being so rude to 3 other customers waiting for their drink. I seriously cannot believe they have a job. When the drink I thought was ours was called, she just said the drink name, to be sure it was ours We asked what the name was for the order, she acknowledged my question then completely ignored me. I said that right to them they are rude and I'm totally shocked. Then THREE other customers had agreed with me. If I was management here I'd do a customer service training course training with them, because this was so beyond mean and their attitude was just DISPICABLE. I hope they do better, I will not be coming back there ever again and nor will the other gals there that day, as we had a conversation outside the building. When I told the batista how rude she was being she said have a nice daayyy. Bye. I wish I never spent a dime. I'm disrespected."

"History repeated! I ordered 3 venti hot coffee online today and drive thru at 8:17AM to pick up my order also asked for a cup of half & half. The barista told me to circle out to get back in line to order for my half and half. I looked at her and said really? She finally handle me a cup of half and half and said "it's my treat" I told her, this is not the 1st time I order and if you want to charge just put it on your App and I dont mind to pay for it. Very bad customer service and rude! I order my 3 venti hot coffee online and when pick them up I asked for a cup of half and half the barista, Bienenidos ( told me to order it from the cashier) which waiting for another 15 min. just for a cup of half and half for my coffee! Just wrongand waste of time. Won't order online here any more."

"Just had a horrible experience at this specific Starbucks. Ordered our drinks through the drive-thru. Was trying to reload the app and get the BOGO. Found out they were having issues w the reload and doing the BOGO at the same time. So we got charged twice for the reload cause Crystal the shift manager was trying to figure how to do the transaction so she voided the first transaction and the charged us again so we got charged 12$ twice but she didn't want to give us a receipt for the void. So my husband is deaf from the military and so she started complaining about him being loud and he tried to explain to her that he has hearing loss from being in the military which is why he's loud and so she wasn't very empathetic about that! Very rude! Customer service has no meaning in Starbucks policy anymore at any of your locations!"

"I've been a Starbucks loyal customer since 1995. I've been to 42 Starbucks in every one of those states within the USA. The following is my experience at this Starbucks on Beach and Westminster: I just walked out of this Starbucks. I go here about 15 times per month. Lately, there's been homeless hanging around the front door asking for money. I've complained before and they've said something to the homeless but today I told the barista with red hair (I don't know her name) about the homeless lady asking me for money, all she said it was okay and nothing was done. I work extremely hard for my money and the pleasure of drinking an expensive coffee. Until something is done about this, I will not continue coming here. I will go to another Starbucks that care more about their customers"

"Victoria (who i assumed is the manager) never once smiled or greeted a single customer during my time there. Drinks were not filled or even made to standard. A manager’s energy is always reflected off to the team and there was no positive energy going on behind the bar."
