"Drive thru experience was bad. Bad customer service and bad food, pastry was cold and requested 180*hot latte. It was room temperature, I requested just for both to be warmed up. They insisted on giving me fresh replacements. Again pastry was cold and coffee luke warm. The original employee who took the order, acted annoyed and rude, she didn’t even want to help us. . The other employee who tried to help admitted, they’ve been having problems with their equipment. I don’t need, or want the stuff for free,, just want it done right. Starbucks isn’t cheap. And customer service goes a long way, with the right attitude. Bad customer service!!"

"Ordered from uber eats and instead of calling to tell me they were out of something and offer a possible replacement they just didn't send anything and didn't call. Completely unacceptable that 4 of my employees did not get a baked good because their staff couldn't be bothered to pick up the damn phone."

"I use to come to this location almost every day. It is .5 miles from my house. I’ve since changed my scheduled and take my money to another location. They are always “out” of items and “waiting on delivery”. One day you’ll get a great drink but I wouldn’t count on it for the next time. Love that they have a security guard now. The area is a little rough. Service and employees are nice. Great customer service."

"Employees are nice but this place is a bit shabby - tables look battered and there's trash on the floor. I feel sympathetic to the staff. You know what kind of neighborhood this is when you see password-locked bathrooms and interesting people coming in for nothing but ice water in a Starbucks venti. Starbucks is what's keeping the real estate value higher and patrons should clean up after themselves. God bless Starbucks!"
