"Your better off going through the drive thru then being inside. They don't really focus on the people inside the building. I was standing at the front simply wanting to ask if they could give me the code to the bathroom but the workers just kept walking past me. I was waiting for a good 4 minutes until giving up and walking back to my seat. There was also a built up of people wanting to go to the bathroom. If you can't spend one second to give the code then why have a public bathroom to begin with. :/ Also I would have been more understanding if they were packed but it was practically empty."
"They were pretty backed up and it was probably rush hour for them still got my food a a decent time frame and although I was missing an item I was helped so fast that it didn't even really bothered me."
"Placed an online app order for drive thru pick up on Christmas Day. Went and waited in drive thru line for 45 mins (considering it was Christmas Day, I didn’t mind waiting) however when I got to the speaker worker would not take mobile code stating they were “closed” and were only open to Uber eats and door dash. No signs or announcements anywhere stating they were “closed”."
