"This place is ran by young girls who do not see the importance of customer service, they messed Up my order, Belen asked me what was wrong with my drink and cut me off in the middle of me explaining, then went to the back to gossip about our encounter, which was completely uncalled for considering she initiated the conversation. To top it off The manager looked completely annoyed when the was brought to her attention. Management and staff clearly need training. Please Do Better!"

"This particular place NEVER has any drink available. Almost everytime I’ve gone and asked for an acai bowl there never have it available and it’s so dumb? Like how?? Also went in for a simple strawberry banana smoothie and turns out there was no bananas. Staff and chain needs to be more prepared before opening. Never going back. Update: got my drink and it tastes like water. So disappointed"

"It’s great to have a boba time near by, however the drinks do taste little different from location such as koreatown and downtown la, but they are still good."

"The menu is expansive with lots of offerings. Ranging from milk tea, regular tea, frappe, fruit juice, smoothie, slush, and more! Ordering is simple enough. Wait time for drinks are pretty long. Lines can get out the door because of the wait times. But the drink quality is very good. The physical location itself is pretty small, parking is tough to find since the lot is very awkwardly spaced."
