"This Starbucks on telegraph and carmenita in Whittier boy oh boy.... Slow as molasses. I placed an online order before going to work around 6:50am I arrived at around 7:25. My food order was ready but my coffee order was not. I waited another 10 min. I asked how much longer will it be and she never answered me. I waited another 5 min. I asked again how much longer for my drink order. Gave her my name and again she was flustered and did not answer my question. Turns out my ticket was lost.... So instead of asking me what did I order and I can show them my receipt on my phone she just ignored me. It was such a bad start to my Friday ( shaking my head) . To get my refund I had to wait on another huge line. I just left. I was out my coffee that morning. So disappointed ☹️☹️"

"we were headed on a small road trip and had to start off with some coffee in the morning and we placed an order for our drinks with no issue. we arrived and the drive thru line was really backed up so we were glad we ordered online. we went inside and after a small wait our drinks were ready. we went outside and the very busy drive thru line disappeared and there was nobody else so they must've served everyone very quickly. it's a bit of a smaller parking lot because it is on the corner of the busy intersection but you should be able to get in and out easily."

"Coffee and service is what you expect from Starbucks. What sets this location apart is the fairly large indoor dining area and the community resource like the free book grab and coloring activity that was available. The dining area also acts as a storage for the store's extra merchandise."

"Great service and selection. Unfortunately, is hard to find parking. When ordering through the drive thru, is better to use the entrance on Imperial Hwy."
