"Well I ordered an ice white mocha with only 1 pump and it’s like they added more pumps, it was so sweet I could not drink it. My coffee was also more milk than coffee. I also ordered a butter croissant and it was cold in the middle. This has happened multiple times. Very disappointed with my visit today I don’t know that I would be back to this location"

"It's a bummer they just opened and I already wouldn't go back and theyre so near my office. I've ordered 3 different drinks on 3 occasions and they're always wrong. Not sure if they don't pay attn when we order or if they just do their own thing. If you tell them it's wrong everyone stares at you, glares at you, am honestly disappointed. I should have taken a picture of my drink. Asked for a drink and they sarcastically put half the cup whip cream. Bummer and disappointed."

"The service was exceptional at this Starbucks. Even though the drive-thru was very busy they took the time to ask about my day. Made me feel great!! Thank you!"

"I had a very unpleasant experience at this location. The staff was doing drive-thru only and was picking and choosing who to come out to hand the in-store pickup orders to. I watched several people able to get their in-store pick-up order while others, like myself, were told they would only give it to us in the drive-thru. I am fine if you need to adjust for business needs, but be consistent."

"Food service can be a thankless job and I have been to plenty of coffee shops where employees are stressed and burnt out but the charm, thoughtfulness and positivity I was met with this evening during my trip in was amazing. Add in the fact that I waltzed in 12 minutes before they closed the dining room… the manager of this location and team has so much to be proud of. Thanks for a memorable evening!"
