"Drive thru girl didn't redeem my stars for a free drink with my order. I told her I'm redeeming 100 stars when she scanned my phone....don't these kids pay attention for $20 an hour?"

"First time at this location. First thing I noticed was limited parking, a typically drive thru lane and a mobile order pickup window. Convenient. Went inside and surprised to see a small area, no sitting, limited standing - just an order counter. Must be the quickie get & go Starbucks. Great coffee as usual."

"This happened 1/27/23 at around 7:20am. I ordered a grill cheese sandwich through the drive through, I asked nicely to please leave it in the oven alittle extra to make sure the cheese was well cooked, after arriving to the window and paying for my order i was asked to please move to the parking lot and someone was going to bring the order to my car, after waiting over 10min I had to go inside and asked for my order just to find out it had been on the counter for who knows how long, the sandwiche was already hard, cold and not even well cooked."

"*Updated* 2022-10-07 - I went to this store a few days ago, I needed to get some work done so I thought I'd get a drink and write a couple of emails then be on my way. I was surprised to see a big banner up front saying "Grand Re-Opening" but when I went inside I was disappointed with the new store layout. If I thought this was a "pass-thru" store before in my original review, now I wonder why they even have a storefront. The new store has about 1/4 of the space when you go in. They expanded the work area but greatly reduced the floor space for the customer. Before, they had 3 or 4 tall tables, now they don't have any. If you want a quick coffee or snack, it may still be fine. But if you want to sit down to enjoy your drink or food, don't go here, there is absolutely no seating. -- orgiinal review--- This is what I think of as a "pass-thru" Starbucks, but it's fine and does the job. It seems that the majority of the customers use the drive-through service. This makes sense since the store is near a busy intersection and next to the on-ramp to the freeway. The place is clean and neat every time I've been there. The staff is friendly enough. The only downside I've found with it is that they don't have power outlets, so if you bring your laptop or your phone charger and want to get some work done, you will not be able to keep your device charged. They have gone out of their way to cover the power outlets with blank plates. I suppose it is to discourage people from hanging out all day. Parking can get a little crazy because of the location, but generally there are a few spots open."

"This is a very busy Starbucks with a lot of traffic. That being said, there are lot of items out of stock and cleanliness doesn’t seem to be a priority. Pretty mediocre experiences every time I’ve gone."
