"This is a place where you apparently have to be pinpoint exact on what you want done. Our dump truck would start but wouldn't stay running. It had entered limp mode after we had run deliveries with it all day before we parked it. We had it towed here for repairs. Well, almost a month later and $4000 spent, we have a truck that will run, but horribly, and according to the owner that's all we asked them to do was to get running. I mean yeah, I guess what business would actually want to be able to use the dump truck that was just "fixed" to be usable? I guess that's on us for expecting too much. It will start, but there is a serious knock in the engine, and it smokes so bad we had people flagging us on the way back to tell us it was on fire. They did engine work and did not do an oil change, which is standard practice at any other diesel shop (they said it's not standard practice for them though). The dog box under the dash was sitting on the floor because they didn't put the bolts back in that held it up. The bolts were also gone from the wiring harness, and it was just sitting in there loose. The exhaust back pressure sensor was broken in half, and they told us we didn't have to fix it, but never told us it was snapped in half. Cab had greasy handprints all over it, it was just a mess. Not that we would use them again anyways, but they were uninterested in making it right without charging another diagnostic fee. I'm no mechanic, but if you send a work truck back with a knock in the engine and it smoking to the point it looks like a fire, it tells me they didn't test it before sending it back. That's a huge red flag."

"These guys are great hard workers and very HONEST. Jim runs his company great, he answered immediately and had his guy Ryan out working on my truck immediately even though they had a very busy schedule. This job took computer knowledge. That being said I had an obscure complicated computer problem. But they made it happen, they learned how to fix the issue, they tried every possible thing when a lot of guys would of gave up and told you to take your truck to the dealer, and guess what my truck is fixed and running great. The most important thing to me is how honest and hard working these guys are. They were up crack of dawn trying to resolve my issue.
