"Stopped in on my way to work! Once you walk in, walk past the elevator and turn right. I got the oat milk latte and it was delicious. They have different sugars out and three different syrups if you like that. Very friendly service. I can tell it's a regular spot for people who work in the building. I was just passing thru and I cannot wait to come back again and try the avocado toast or the Japanese atsugiri toast."

"Small cafe run by a couple of Japanese ladies. Everything is under $10 (as of 7/6/23). Everything is fresh and delicious. Parking is free (4 hours). It's a little hunt to find it. When you go into the building, head right."

"I literally eat here every (work)day. The food is fantastic at a low price. Never disappoints. Better than a lot of restaurants that charge 2x. Its part of an office building- not a Standalone, but if you work nearby it's worth the drive imo."
