"This place is awesome. I like the clear glass that I can see the daylight. Their drive through is very busy but inside traffic is minimal, the staffs are all really nice and friendly. Parking is good too as they have the large parking lot next door share by Big Lots."

"I’ve been to a lot of Starbucks and this location is the worst one I’ve visited. Today I went to pick up my mobile order inside the store and the lid popped off and spilled everywhere! I asked for some napkins and the lady told me that they were behind me. Instead of apologizing and helping me. They are not friendly at this store either. This is the second time the lid wasn’t properly secured too. As someone who works in the customer service industry I am shocked by the lack of customer service at this location."

"this location is all right but I don't think they really care about their customers not their regulars. anyways, I come in maybe once a week to pick up a regular Joe. I'm placed an order at a different location unfortunately but the baristas at this location we're not willing to actually or offer to make the drink for me that I place at the other location. that's mainly the reason why I'm reviewing this this way. when I call a couple other Starbucks they're baristas were willing and even offered without me asking to make the drink for me at their location if I was willing to stop by and I really appreciate that. the Tustin and Santa Clara location is probably better with the customer service. the one on main Street and Town& country. I would rate the same as this one quality of service has gone down at that location as well. customer is king but not at these locations."
