"This is by far the worst location. It’s unclean, the staff have horrible attitudes, and the food and drinks are poorly made. I only went to that location because it was closest to where I live but I’m willing to drive out of my way to avoid that kind of service!"

"No seriously what the hell is this, my sandwich looks literally thrown together. we go in & the staff doesn’t want use the register, they force you to use the self service. The sandwich is not even made the way every other Dunkin has made it. If you don’t want to work here , quit , don’t make someone else suffer with their food because YOU hate your job. Just disgusting & super unprofessional. You should all be ashamed of yourselves."

"Absolutely horrible service. Can’t give any names because no one wears a name tag. Why would the chairs still be stacked on top of multiple tables when you’ve been opened for over 2 hours. Do you just not want customers to sit and enjoy their food. Because between that and the piss poor attitude of the cashier who kept looking at every other person that walked in and not the customer she was dealing with sure felt that way. I’ll go ahead and list a few other things since I took pictures. How about wiping up the spilled drinks and throwing away the trash in the counter where a customer picks up their drinks. It was a hot mess. Also since customers have direct line of sight into your back room, it should be neat and orderly even if you use the excuse “we just got our order in”. And lastly, that broken floor tile right when you walk in? I know it’s Santa Ana, but your customers deserve better. You need to do better. And also “the younger generation” needs to understand work ethic. You did have one young lady there (long, light green fingernails) who seemed like she had potential."

"I come here not by choice, but because it’s the closest one to me and it’s conveniently somewhere in between on my way to work. However, the times I’ve gone it’s always packed and I’m usually waiting in line for a good 10-15 minutes minimum. Today, to my surprise, there was only a couple cars in front and I got my donut and coffee very quickly. Unfortunately, they didn’t do a very good job and there wasn’t a line of cars to blame this time. I almost always something wrong with my order and every time I blame that “they’re busy and overworked” because of the long lines. Today, there was virtually no line and this happened. What’s the reason for this now or the carelessness? I don’t know what to blame for this anymore. Just unfortunate. Couldn’t even eat it. I’ll stick to coffee and hope they don’t mess that up to."
