"I had a big issue with my app. My order disappeared in my order history even though I was charged for it. I couldn't show them any receipt. They were very understanding and still gave me my order, so great service. Took them a while to get to me, but it worked out."

"This McDonald’s is notoriously slow however, after waiting over 30 minutes in the drive through I was met with a burgerless burger. Never in my life have I received nor made a burgerless burger. I did not ask for any special instructions or for anything to be taken off. This means a person had to actively construct a Big Mac which has not ONE but TWO burger patties. I can understand it being busy and forgetting things but how can you possibly forget the burger on a burger. That being said my burgerless burger was lackluster."

"Have been here several times. The service varies, probably depending on the staff and management on duty. This time, I was disappointed with the staff, who seemed to be uninterested in serving customers. Probably an isolated case but his supervisor didn’t seem to be a good manager either. This fast food restaurant can be very slow depending on the management on duty"
