"Paid for my tires in advance, but due to some miscommunication (waiting for return of phone call), and rain didn’t get my tires until 4 days later. However, I received discount for my inconvenience. Felix sr forgot I paid him in advance, and caused me some awkwardness when he asked for a receipt he never gave me. Besides that, after all the unexpected delays, I was in and out quite quickly. The pros: Good price for tires, open 7 days a week, and Felix Jr is super helpful. Cons: never received a call back, and no receipts or records to keep a maintenance history. Take away- Don’t pay in advance, or insist on a receipt."
