"I understand that they are busy, however, today couple customers were after me, and got their orders first. My order was simple however, I have to go and I left my food. There is opportunities to improve, I always see the same two ladies working hard but some other employees, they are just per hour."

"Service was very bad. Had to wait over 15 mins just to order. The only person talking orders was restocking. I guess restocking cups come before customer service. Hire or schedule better. Over 10 customers walked out. My question is who is the leader of the location, No leader = bad Service."

"It's not the employees fault but they never have stoppers or bags. With a baby the drive thru is most convenient but also I have to walk up stairs so carrying a baby and a coffee without a stopper is nerve-wracking. I also don't order food because without a bag I can't carry that either. I just wish management paid more attention to inventory because these things matter."

"I came to do some work on my laptop which also needed to charge a little bit to get work task done, and all power outlets do not work….. I know that keeping homeless people away is a problem, but this is not the way to tackle that problem, seek solutions with city supervisors and related authorities but do not penalize your long time customers. Just not wise and so customer unfriendly…"

"I rarely give reviews, because I am rarely satisfied. I hope this location gets to see this. I drive out of my way to this store, because I like the way they make the oatmilk shaken espresso. Today was my first time ever ordering a mobile order and picking up at the drive thru. Well I messed up, and I went past the ordering window and when I got to the pick up window I felt pressured to apologize and offered to go inside if it was too much trouble. The cashier was so kind and offered a pup cup, but not only that, she already had it ready. I loved it. She really went the extra mile and didn’t make me feel like I was bothering anyone. Love this location. Keep up the great work ladies! Y’all were hustling but kind, it really made my day. Oh and they even upgraded my drink. Y’all helped me have a great start to my morning and I appreciate it. I still haven’t finished my drink, and I’m writing this, that speaks volumes to how much of a great experience I had."
