"No restrooms! How can you serve coffee and drinks and have no restroom for paying costumer ! I am for sure never giving Starbucks my money !"

"I don't like to leave bad reviews bc the people who work here are very nice and always get my order perfect as for taste overall but... I am a bit bummed about this. As someone who works in the service industry also, I chalked it up to them being busy the first couple times. This is probably the 4th(?) time I've ordered a Venti and gotten it barely over half filled though. Do yourself a favor and just order a Grande instead, the same amount for less of the price."

"This used to be a good Starbucks. They actually do good with the flavor of the coffee request on a regular basis. However, this particular store is known for being out of items. Since the remodeling of the place, the staff has remodeled their attitude as well. Not for the better. Rude, impatient, judgemental and seemingly overwhelmed by customers. The manager has always been and still is professional and courteous. Maybe this is a regular thing with Starbucks now since any recently remodeled stores I have been to, the staff has had poor attitudes."
