"02/20/24 Return of the Best of the Best in salads I've craved...Miso at CPK-Fashion Valley along with my FAVORITE pasta. The jambalaya with spaghetti is a Yummy YUM YUM favorite. Thanks, Benjamin, for the pasta lover's redo and to all who were a part of bringing this salad back. PLEASE MAKE IT A REGULAR!!!For any who remembers this salad when it came with the lump blue crab meat along with shrimp so understand my happiness. The dressing made in-house now is delicious...yes, I order more, because I need it*!* Me and sauces I tell you...I like what I like. Who==>none other than Awesome Annie!!! She served me fresh from the beginning and stayed the course, and now the SDSU soon to be graduate whose unique name slips me at present is my back up for excellent servitude. Another update to follow as returning for great service and my Miso Addiction is what it is==>YUM Thank you for a chance to share good to any and all and for a wonderfully delicious experience! ************************************************************** 02/06/24 Dining too late can often meet with poor results...this was the case for me. I stopped dining at CPK due to the poor service on the consistent scale, and the food at times would follow. I purchased a $100 gift card w-E bonus $20...willing to give them a try as another local place I've tried to be loyal too as a long- time reward member. Server William...cold hard bread from the top. Solution per William was that it would take 5+ minutes for fresh bread and I shared how "I thought I deserved that". My lemon creamy sauce chicken pasta had more water than cream as the photo will show. Some like it but I didn't at all. Remedy was Benjamin the manager who just started there, and was nice to listen and wanted to offer this and that. I don't want to see the manager for any other reason than to say nice things...didn't come redo's just what I ordered, and to dine as if you would want to be served all around. "Tuesdays and Anna We recommend going on Tuesday afternoon/ evening and so you can experience Anna at the bar for food and drink. She is superb in service, kindness, demeanor and speed of engagement!!! Food and Beer: Wonderful pizzas, both Margherita and the classic Pepperoni. Beers are cold. Parking: Easy parking at the garages. Enjoy the Rewards they give out too."

"My wife and I go here every week. It’s not nearly as expensive as you may think! The food to begin with is reasonably priced and tastes great. If sign up for their app, you get a free appetizer and every $75 spent gets you $5 in credit to use on your next meal. You also get incentives like during Christmas you can buy $100 in gift cards and get up to $30 in extra gift cards included . If it’s not Christmas, then you can get gift cards from Costco at $79.99 for $100 worth of gift cards. Back to the food, their Chicken Tequila fettuccine is pretty good BUT! If you have them add some bacon to it! OMG, it transforms the whole taste and makes it possibly my most favorite pasta dish ever. I also love their Cedar Plank Salmon. I drizzle lime over the fish and vegetables. I am very surprised that the Salmon dinner only has about 700 calories, you’d never know. My wife likes the BBQ Chicken Salad. As of this review, if you go during happy hour 3-5pm, they have half priced appetizers and other food/ drink specials. Their deserts are good too. They have a seasonal Strawberry Shortcake w/ice cream desert that is definitely enough for two and out of this world. I would highly recommend this place to friends and family. If you combine gift cards, their app benefits, and happy hour specials, you actually save a sizable amount of money……making this place very affordable with great food!"

"Haven't had CPK in so long, just had to try it out to see if it is still as good as I remembered; unfortunately, I was a bit disappointed. According to the server, one of their most popular dish was Garlic Cream Fettuccini. I ordered it with creamed mushrooms, but turned out to be very dry."

"This is one of our favorite places to eat, for appetizers we had the cauliflower which was amazing but definitely not for someone that cannot handle spicy, also the dumplings. Both were delicious. My husband had the garlic fettuccine with chicken and shrimp, he said it was really good. I had the salmon well-done with the pan-seared vegetables. The salmon was delicious but I did not care for the veggies at all. As for pizza we have had so many and all of them are amazing. The place is very clean inside and everyone that works here are wonderful. Drinks are great too."
